We are employees of the New York City Department of Education who are committed to anti-racism through our work in the agency. We recognize that anti-Black systems cause harm to Black and non-Black communities. Together we seek to do whatever it takes to understand and deal with the complexity of our institutions to dismantle these systems of oppression in the interest of building better.
